EasierA ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our B2B Lead Generator & Sales CRM platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: Name, email address, phone number, and organization details provided during sign-up
• Usage data: Search queries, lead interactions, pipeline activity, team actions, and feature usage
• Lead data: Business names, phone numbers, addresses, websites, and ratings extracted from public sources via the App's lead generation engine
• Communication data: Message templates you create within the App
• Device & log data: IP address, device type, OS version, and session activity for security and diagnostic purposes
• Backup data: Lead data backed up to Google Drive (if you enable the backup feature) is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the EasierA platform and its features
• Authenticate users and manage team access
• Track usage analytics to improve the product
• Send transactional communications (e.g. account alerts, support responses)
• Monitor for abuse, fraud, or policy violations
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Lead data & third-party sources

Lead data extracted through the App originates from publicly available platforms (e.g. Google Maps). EasierA acts as a tool for organizing and managing this data — we do not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for using extracted lead data in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR, DPDP Act (India), and telecom regulations.

5. Data sharing

We may share data with:

• Service providers: Third-party tools such as Apify (data extraction), cloud hosting, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
• Team members: Within your organization, data is shared according to your team's access settings
• Legal authorities: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of EasierA and its users

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data and activity logs are retained until you choose to clear them via the App's data management settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure — you acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your lead data via the App's CSV export feature
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

EasierA is a B2B platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
